How do I order?
Please order via the online ordering tab. A representative will contact you to confirm your order and payment method. In order to provide fresh ingredients and local products, we require at minimum 48 hour notice.
What are your delivery days and times?
Delivery days and times vary based on the number of boxes scheduled for delivery. Our delivery fee is $10 island wide. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time. Orders we are unable to deliver are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
What are your COVID-19 precautions ?
Masks and gloves are worn during the making of a Bermuda Charcuterie box, board or catered event. All fruits, vegetables and containers are properly washed and rinsed. All orders will be contactless pickup/delivery.
How do I keep my box fresh?
If you will not consume the box right away, please put it in the refrigerator or store on ice until use. Please consume the box within 3 days.
Can I use an expired gift certificate?
Unfortunatrly, we are unable to process expired gift certificates. We encourgage you to check the dates on your certificates regularly to ensure the deadline doesnt pass.
Where do you source your products?
All items are sourced locally and when able, fresh from farmers markets and vendors.
Are you able to customize the box?
Yes! Please select or suggest the appropriate items to meet your dietary needs during the online ordering process.
